Dear Karinas Bakery Management, Today I visited your bakery and was very impressed. Both the exterior and interior are beautiful, clean, and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to visit. I would like to share one suggestion regarding the employees’ attire. Some staff members were wearing sleeveless tank tops while serving customers. Although I understand the need for comfortable clothing, this type of attire may not appear professional or hygienic in a food service environment. I believe it would be beneficial to have all employees wear a clean, matching uniform, such as a short-sleeved shirt or polo. A consistent uniform would present a more professional image, reinforce the importance of hygiene, and enhance customers’ confidence in the bakery. I hope you will consider this suggestion. Thank you for your time, your attention, and for providing such a lovely bakery experience.

As I was paying for the Harry Potter Pop up Lollipop, I noticed that Vardui, the cashier is charging me $9.99. I mentioned that the amount she was charging me is incorrect and told her the price in the shelf is only $5.95. She said that it was a mistake. I said that they have to honor the price in the shelf because the price is deceptive and is an unfair business practice because they are charging a higher price at the register than the advertised and displayed price in the shelf. She said NO. And when I repeated myself, she said she'll talk to the manager, who also dismissed my request and said NO. I have submitted a formal complaint to the State. IN addition, the Kievsky Cake we purchased tasted horrible and something definitely has changed compared to the previous ones we bought.

We bought a “Kievsky cake” here and were disappointed. I have nothing against this bakery, but this is not a real one! This can be called anything else: a sponge cake with meringue, a “Kyiv-style” cake, or whatever you like. But it is absolutely not a Kievsky (Kyiv) cake. Please don’t mislead customers — it’s not honest. A real Kyiv cake has never had sponge cake layers or regular cake dough in it. Authentic Kyiv cake is made entirely from crispy hazelnut meringue layers with roasted hazelnuts and Charlotte buttercream. It melts in your mouth from the delicate balance of crunchy meringue and rich cream. The first photo shows the cake sold here as a “Kievsky cake.” The second photo shows what an authentic Kyiv cake actually looks like.

Their pastries are top notch! Service could definitely be better, but honestly, I go for the sweets, not the dine-in experience. Sometimes they seem to sell slightly older items, but this visit everything was sooo good. The kids loved it!

You delivered exactly what we requested, and it turned out absolutely beyond our expectations—it was so beautiful! My spouse and I, along with all our guests, were completely speechless. Everyone was shocked to find out it was a real cake because it looked like a literal work of art! Thank you so much for putting so much effort and dedication into this amazing masterpiece. We greatly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back to you guys for all our future events! 🍰💖
